  • How long does it take to get set up?

    We handle the setup for you—no technical work needed. Just tell us your park rules, pet policies, and site types. We load everything in our system. Most parks are ready in just a few days. The system learns from every call to answer better over time.

  • Does this replace my current booking system?

    No. ParkOwner works with your booking system. We don't replace what you already use. Whether you use ResNexus, Campspot, Guesty, or another platform, we send guests a link to book through your system. That's it.

  • Do I have to use this all day, or can I just use it for after-hours calls?

    You're in control. Use it after hours only, all day, or just when your team is busy. Many parks use it like a night auditor to handle calls after office hours. Pick the schedule that works best for you.

  • What happens if a guest on the property has a real emergency?

    You stay in control. If it's a real emergency or a difficult issue, the call goes straight to your manager or on-call phone right away. We handle simple questions, but immediately get a human involved when it matters.
